Lawyer Grischa Jülich
In the complex world of commercial law, Grischa Jülich is a recognised specialist with a deep understanding of insolvency and restructuring law as well as additional expertise in tax and labour law. He studied law at the renowned University of Cologne, where he successfully passed his first state examination in 2006. He completed his legal clerkship at the local and regional court in Aachen and passed his second state examination in 2009.
Extensive experience
Mr Jülich worked for 14 years in a law firm in Bergisch Gladbach specialising in commercial, tax and insolvency law. There he was head of the insolvency department before joining the ATN team in September 2024. His responsibilities include supporting insolvency administrators in all types and areas of proceedings, advising clients in crisis and reorganisation cases, assisting and supporting them in filing for insolvency and conducting liability proceedings and insolvency avoidance proceedings. His focus is clearly on insolvency and restructuring proceedings, supplemented by tax and labour law advice.
Extensive qualifications
Mr Jülich has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer courses for insolvency and restructuring law as well as tax law and has been awarded the corresponding specialist lawyer titles. He has also successfully completed the course for specialist lawyers in labour law. These qualifications underline his comprehensive expertise and specialisation, which he uses specifically to advise and restructure companies.

Born and raised in Cologne, he has lived in Bergisch Gladbach since 2011 and has a strong regional connection to the Bergisches Land region and its surroundings. Mr Jülich works mainly at the ATN offices in Wuppertal and Düsseldorf/Ratingen, but also supports clients and proceedings in Cologne.
