Paul Michels
Attorney at Law, Specialist Attorney for Insolvency Law, Graduate in Business Administration
Paul Michels studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum, specializing in “Business and Competition”. He completed his legal clerkship at the District Court of Hagen. Parallel to his law studies, Attorney Michels studied economics at the Fern-Universität Hagen. He completed his studies with a focus on marketing and corporate law in 2013 with a degree in business administration.
He has been a member of the d’Avoine Teubler Neu team since 2014. He has been a partner since 2019. At the Essen and Wuppertal offices, RA Michels mainly advises on insolvency law as well as on commercial law. He is a specialist attorney for insolvency law and has been regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator since 2019.
Attorney Michels is a member of the Professional Association of Insolvency Administrators (VID), the Wuppertal Lawyers’ Association and the Wuppertal Junior Chamber of Commerce.
