Phil Hamacher

Phil Hamacher studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. He became part of the ATN team even before beginning his legal clerkship. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wuppertal. For a time, Mr Hamacher worked at the Wuppertal-Elberfeld tax office, which gave him a valuable insight into the practical workings of the tax administration. After completing his second state law examination in 2021, he made a seamless transition to our firm as a sworn attorney.
Competence and practical knowledge in tax law and insolvency law
New decrees, directives and amendments to the law shape insolvency and tax law, which is in a constant state of flux, not least because of this. In order to be able to provide his clients with the best possible service, Mr. Hamacher is therefore informed on a daily basis about potential changes in the legal and judicial situation. He is also a member of the German Bar Association (DAV) and the Forum of Young Lawyers in the DAV.
