Once we have completed these steps, we can file an insolvency application for you.

In our capacity as attorneys for insolvency law, we know that we can give you additional support by choosing a strategically favorable time for filing an application and deciding on the type of insolvency (protective shield proceedings, self- administered proceedings including self-recovery, assigned recovery, insolvency or standard insolvency proceedings) that is best suited to your particular case.
